This Riesling comes from 30-year-old vines planted on gray slate soil in the renowned Mosel region in Germany. Hand-harvested late in the season, the wine is fermented naturally and aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.

Tasting Notes
A youthful Riesling with a light alcohol content and appealing fruit flavors. The mineral notes, combined with aromas of quince, apricot, and pear, give it a character reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc.

Food Pairing
