The vessel is sailing down the Strait of Malacca on its final stretch toward Singapore. The latest estimated arrival at our port remains 5 June. After arrival in Singapore, we require approximately 4 to 5 days for discharge of the vessel, customs clearance, transfer to the warehouse, and picking and packing before deliveries begin.

The Pallet Journey

Every Red Dot Wine shipment moves through six clear stages from Europe to your door in Singapore. Your wines travel together with our community, directly from Europe to Singapore. It takes a bit more time, but that’s exactly how we keep prices fair and quality high. Here’s what happens along the way.

Preparing for Shipment

Your order is confirmed and added to the pallet. We coordinate with our partners in Europe to get everything ready for departure.

Order is On the Way

Your wines are on their way to Singapore by sea. This is the longest part of the journey and typically takes around 5 weeks.

Vessel Approaching Singapore

The vessel is getting close to Singapore. We are preparing locally so everything moves quickly once it arrives.

Arrived in Singapore

The pallet has landed. Your wines go through offloading, customs clearance and are transferred to our warehouse.

Preparing Your Order

We are picking, packing and planning deliveries. You will receive an update once your delivery is scheduled.

Completed

Your wines have been delivered. Time to open a bottle and enjoy.
