Every Red Dot Wine shipment moves through six clear stages from Europe to your door in Singapore. Your wines travel together with our community, directly from Europe to Singapore. Your order is confirmed and added to the pallet. We coordinate with our partners in Europe to get everything ready for departure.
Your wines are on their way to Singapore by sea. This is the longest part of the journey and typically takes around 5 weeks.
The vessel is getting close to Singapore. We are preparing locally so everything moves quickly once it arrives.
The pallet has landed. Your wines go through offloading, customs clearance and are transferred to our warehouse.
We are picking, packing and planning deliveries. You will receive an update once your delivery is scheduled.
Your wines have been delivered. Time to open a bottle and enjoy.
