Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Red Dot Wine, where we offer premium wines from around the world for an affordable price. By purchasing from our web shop, you agree to the following shipping policies.

Product Availability:
We offer a variety of wines, including red, white, rose, sparkling, and fortified wines, from different regions around the world. All products are subject to availability, a vintage may vary without prior notice of our suppliers and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

Product Prices:
Our prices range from SGD 20 to SGD 200 per bottle, depending on the type and vintage of the wine.

Payment:
Pay 100% secure via credit card or select the 50/50 split payment option. With split payment, you'll pay a 50% deposit when placing your order and the remaining 50% when the wines arrive in Singapore. You will be informed by e-mail about the progress of the shipment and the required payments.

Shipping:
Our shipping process is meticulously organized to ensure you receive a wide variety of wines efficiently and sustainably. We gather enough orders to fill a pallet, typically shipping once a month from Europe. Once shipped, it usually takes up to 6 weeks* for the wines to arrive in Singapore. For all orders, we personally deliver your wines to your doorstep. A delivery fee of $15.00 is applicable, but we are delighted to offer free delivery for orders exceeding $350 (after discounts).

* Despite our best efforts, shipping delays can occur due to various factors beyond our control. These may include delayed departures by the shipping company, additional stops en route to Singapore, or detours due to unforeseen situations. In such events, we commit to doing everything within our power to expedite and minimise any inconvenience caused.

Returns and Refunds:
We offer a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund. The Red Dot Wine business model relies on ordering wines specifically according to our customer community's demands. Therefore, once an order is shipped, we generally cannot cancel it, except in extreme and exceptional circumstances. Your understanding and patience in these situations are greatly appreciated, and we assure you of our dedication to your satisfaction with every order.

Discounts:
The standard prices on our website are amongst the lowest in the market. But we do offer extra discounts for bulk purchases.

 Order 9 bottles 2% discount
Order 12 bottles or more 5% discount
Order 18 bottles or more 10% discount



The discounts are added automatically to your cart. We also occasionally offer promotions and discounts, which will be clearly communicated on our website, email newsletter, WhatsApp group, and social media platforms. Giftpacks, variety boxes and larger size bottles are already priced on the lowest price and exempted from any additional discount.

Dispute Resolution:
We will do our best to resolve any disputes or complaints in a timely and fair manner. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will follow the dispute resolution process outlined by the Singapore Ministry of Law.

Other Terms:
The process from order to delivery may take up to 8 weeks. You will be informed about the progress through e-mail and WhatsApp. The minimum order quantity per product is 3, and the minimum order quantity per order is 6.
