Quinta de Canivães, located in the warm lands of the Douro Superior, is known for its unique characteristics for the production of high-quality olive oils and wines. The oil is made from the varieties "Cobrançosa", "Picual", and "Negrinha de Freixo". The oil is obtained through a cold extraction process.
