Nestled in the heart of Chianti Classico, this wine beautifully blends tradition with a modern touch. The must macerates on the skins for 1-2 weeks, ensuring the rich color and essential polyphenols are captured. After that, it’s aged for 9 months in a mix of small and large barrels, allowing the tannins to develop just right.
Tasting notes Deep ruby-red color. Fine, with scents of wild berry fruits, violets and a nice spicy finish. Dry and fresh flavour, with full body and big tannin.
Food pairing It is excellent with richly-flavoured dishes, especially the traditional specialties of Tuscan cuisine, grilled steaks and matured cheese.
