This wine is made for young drinkers, with enough experience, looking for a real valuable wine. This wine is made of Greco and Fiano grapes. All handling of the juice is done in an oxygen free environment in order to preserve the aroma of this wine. The wine is aged in steel tanks for 5-6 months. 

 

Tasting notes
The wine has a straw yellow colour with green reflections. The bouquet shows dried and fresh apricots and sweet flowers. It is full of flavour and dominated by aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The acidity of the wine is good, which ensures a good freshness of the wine. 

 

Food pairing
Perfect with fish dishes, also ideal as an aperitif.
