The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc come from four terroirs: the Hérault plain ensures fruitiness and roundness, the Gard contributes structure and minerality, the Aude Valley brings more complex aromas, and the eastern part of the Aude area, a colder region, adds freshness to the wine. This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Tasting notes This wine has a pale yellow colour. Fruity and fresh, with aromas of passion fruit with a subtle hint of lemon and flowers. Very aromatic wine, with a rich and round finish.
