100% Pinot Noir, crafted from grapes sourced from various vineyards. The grapes are sorted and destemmed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages on the fine lees to develop additional complexity.  
Tasting notes Delicate in aroma and flavor, quintessential Pinot Noir. The nose offers aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and a light spiciness. The wine is silky smooth on the palate, elegant and approachable with a fresh finish.
