Produced by the renowned Hugel family, this Pinot Gris is a benchmark expression of Alsace. Rich yet beautifully balanced, it showcases the region's ability to produce elegant, food friendly white wines with remarkable depth and character.

Tasting Notes
A bright straw yellow wine with delicate copper highlights. The nose opens with aromas of ripe pear, apricot and white flowers, complemented by subtle hints of honey and spice. On the palate, it is dry, rounded and full flavoured, with ripe orchard fruit, refreshing acidity and a long, balanced finish. With bottle age, the wine develops additional complexity, revealing notes of fig, beeswax and gentle woodland spice.
