Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red in colour with aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries and Mediterranean spices. Full bodied and concentrated, the palate combines generous dark fruit with smooth tannins and subtle notes of pepper and herbs. Well balanced with a long, persistent finish, it can be enjoyed now or cellared for several years.

Food Pairing
An excellent match for grilled beef, lamb and game, as well as slow cooked stews, roast meats and rich sauces. It also pairs beautifully with mature hard cheeses.
