This Premier Cru is made from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes originate from a unique and very small parcel of just 0.34 hectares on the steep limestone slopes of Chichée. The vines have an average age of 35 years. Fermentation takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal preservation of the grape's pure, fruity, and fresh characteristics.

Tasting note
An extremely refined and elegant Chablis Premier Cru with a classic character. The wine features fresh aromas of citrus fruit and subtle white flowers. Thanks to the limestone soil, the wine possesses a distinct minerality and a crisp, pure structure that is beautifully balanced by the refreshing acidity.

Food pairing
An excellent gastronomic wine that pairs perfectly with refined fish dishes, both grilled and with a creamy sauce. In addition, the wine combines exquisitely with scallops, oysters, and white meat. This Chablis is at its best after 3 to 4 years of aging and shows its qualities beautifully when chilled.
