Tasting Notes
Deep purple in colour, with aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries and plum, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, toasted oak and sweet spice. The palate is rich and well structured, with concentrated dark fruit, silky tannins and a long, balanced finish. 

Food Pairing
An excellent match for grilled or roasted beef, lamb and duck, as well as mushroom dishes and mature hard cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with dark chocolate desserts containing berries or cherries.
