Tasting Notes The colour of this wine is golden-yellow with light green reflections. A lot of finesse and rich in the nose with a subtle citrus tone. Good length with beautiful minerals.
Food Pairing This wine pairs excellent with seafood, grilled salmon and cod. You can drink this wine as an aperitif (young) or with goat cheese (when older).
