This Mâcon-Villages is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from 40-year-old vines. The grapes are directly pressed upon arrival at the cellar and aged on fine lees for 6 months.
Taste Description With a pale yellow color and green reflections, this wine has a charming nose, led by intense citrus notes with hints of apple, pear, and white flowers. The palate is beautifully balanced, offering a roundness that finishes with a refreshing burst of liveliness. Subtle spicy, floral, and fruity notes linger pleasantly through the finish.
