This wine is made of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. Its long maceration makes the Chasse Spleen a very complex wine.

Tasting notes
Light aromatic keys of toast and spices, ripe black fruit and a pure and round flavour with a lot of complexity. Well structured, ripe and silky tannin that predict a peak after 8 to 10 years of conservation.
