This Brut is made from Grenache, Pinot Noir and Trepat, a common grape in Spain for making rosé brut. The grape varieties are pressed and fermented separately. Only three hours of skin contact take place to develop the right aromas. After the first fermentation, the blend is made and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
Tasting notes Brut Rosé blush, as you could also call it. Light pink, a fine mousse and red fruit in abundance; cherries, plums, even a hint of fig.
Food pairing Pair this wine with white fish, salad with beets or even with soft, creamy cheeses.
