Winemaker Antoine de la Farge grew up in Menetou-Salon and knows the region’s terroir like no one else. After years in the international wine world, he returned to his home region to create his own wines – pure, elegant, and deeply connected to place.
Tasting Notes Refined and expressive. The nose offers citrus, white blossom, peach skin, and a hint of flint. On the palate, it’s fresh and smooth, with flavours of lime, pear, and a gentle mineral note. Lightly herbal, elegant, and beautifully balanced.
Food Pairing Delicious with fresh dishes like goat cheese salad, ceviche, or grilled green vegetables. It also works well with light fish dishes or Asian cuisine featuring lime and coriander. Serve well chilled.
