Crafted by the distinguished Barolo producer Vite Colte, situated in the heart of the Piemonte region, this wine consist of 100% Barbera grapes. Thriving in vineyards nestled on slopes with southern exposure and minimal water retention, these grapes undergo an accelerated ripening process, benefiting from the region's climate and soil composition to achieve exquisite overripeness.
Following a meticulous vinification process in stainless steel vats, including an extended maceration lasting 15-18 days at a controlled temperature of 25°C, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for six months in barriques.
