From the esteemed Montalcino region, famous for producing Italy's iconic Brunello wines, this outstanding wine exemplifies the elegance and power of 100% Sangiovese. Handpicked in early October, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, followed by a 20-day maceration at 30-33°C with frequent pressing. The wine is aged for 36 months in oak barrels, developing richness and depth, and then refined for 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes This Brunello showcases a ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose is intense and persistent, with an ample bouquet of forest floor, aromatic wood, small red fruits, and subtle notes of vanilla and jam. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and elegantly tannic, delivering a harmonious and long-lasting aromatic finish.
