From the vineyards near the Euganei Hills in the Veneto region, Rosapasso is made entirely from Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), pressed gently and treated with cryomaceration to preserve its delicate fruit aromas and freshness.
Tasting notes The wine has a brilliant Rosé color. The bouquet is fruity, with elegant wild strawberries and cherry flavours. On the palate it is a sapid, smooth, harmonic wine. The finish is pleasant.
Food pairing Serve with appetizers, fish dishes, cheese, delicate flavoured risotto or pasta, white meat.
