Frappato grapes are harvested at peak freshness and undergo slow fermentation in steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas. Nero d’Avola grapes, left to wither slightly under the Sicilian sun, are handpicked and gently pressed. Each variety ferments separately, developing its unique character, until they are expertly blended. The natural sweetness is preserved by halting fermentation with a "cold" process, and the wine is aged for several months in steel tanks.
Taste Description The wine boasts a bright, intense red color with a rich, characteristic bouquet of red berries. On the palate, it’s warm and full-bodied, with harmonious acidity and smooth, elegant tannins.
