Grape variety

Handcrafted from a selection of 20 to 25-year-old vines grown on rocky soils in Rueda and La Seca, at an altitude of 700 to 800 meters above sea level. The continental climate, coupled with large temperature fluctuations between day and night, results in perfectly balanced wines. The grapes are carefully handpicked at night in mid-September, and then undergo cryomaceration to extract the color and primary aromas. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures with natural grape yeasts, and the wine is aged on the fine lees for two months, resulting in a truly unique and exquisite flavor.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with greenish tones. Intense aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple and passion fruit) and also plant notes typical of the Verdejo variety, such as the touch of boxwood, which add complexity.

Food pairing
Perfect aperitif wine but also goes well with fresh salads, grilled fish and poultry dishes.
